(Uniform Transfers to Minors Account - UTMA)

Get your child's financial education off to a good start--teach your children about the importance of saving money by opening their own Young Savers Account at First National Bank Alaska. A Young Savers account is also a great place to direct deposit your child's Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD).

Interest compounded daily, credited on the last day of each quarter
No minimum balance fee
No charge for first three withdrawals per month, including automatic, telephone or pre-authorized transfers
$2 fee for each additional withdrawal after the three allowed, including automatic, telephone or pre-authorized transfers
Maximum six automatic, telephone or pre-authorized transfers allowed per month, regardless of whether or not a fee is charged. (Excessive transfers may result in closure of account.)
