Online banking just got better

First National Bank Alaska's MasterCard® e-Customer Service

Whether you're at home or 1,000 miles away, managing your First National Bank Alaska MasterCard® credit card account just got a whole lot more convenient.

MasterCard e-Customer Service is a new online option that gives you access to your credit card account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

This service offers a variety of online activities.

Account summary and info

You can view and update your current account information including cardholder address, e-mail, phone number, password, etc. This page also displays current balance, available credit, minimum payment due and last payment.

Transaction history

This page has a detailed listing of transactions made on your card during the last six months. Each transaction is also a link, so if you have a questions about a particular transaction, you can click on the link for more information.

When you click on the transaction in question, you will have the option to request a copy of the receipt or dispute the transaction.

Payments

Along with being able to make payments online, you now have several other new options.

An Auto-Pay option allows you to schedule an automatic withdrawal from any savings or checking account to pay their balance. You now have the option to customize that payment amount each month, rather than having a fixed payment amount.

You can also choose to print a remittance stub and mail in your payment.

An online payment history will be available, where all pending and previous payments can be viewed. You will still receive paper statements in the mail.

Security

E-Customer Service is protected by advanced encryption techniques to protect all customer information. A small padlock icon displayed in the bottom of the browser window indicates that the session is secure.

Before any information is displayed, First National will verify the cardholder's identity using sign in or enrollment information and passwords.

Signing up for E-Customer Service is fast, easy and free. A link is available on www.FNBAlaska.com for enrollment. This service is available for all MasterCard credit card holders.
