First National customers can change the PIN for their First National Debit MasterCard, Debit BusinessCard card, Debit MasterCard HomeFlex Equity Line of Credit card and Debit MasterCard Health Savings Account card at any First National ATM.

The process works this way:

• First, access the ATM using your existing PIN
• Then select "Other Choices" from the main menu
• Next select "PIN Change"
• Lastly, you will be asked to enter your new PIN (must be 4 digits) and a second time to confirm the new PIN

Once these steps are completed, your new PIN will be activated. The PIN change feature is only displayed when a First National Bank Alaska debit card is used.
