Minimum finance charge: The amount of interest is equal to an interest rate multiplied by the average, for the billing cycle, of the daily debit balances. The interest rate is determined by bank from time to time in its discretion, but does not exceed 1.4166% per billing cycle (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE: 17). As of publication date, interest rate of 1.375% per billing cycle (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE: 16.50). The debit balance on a given date is equal to the total amount of credit extended on and before that date, less payments applied.
