Siri Hill never imagined herself as a banker when, at nine years old, she came to the United States with her family from Thailand. In fact, growing up she wanted to be a party planner. Instead, Hill's path led her into retail sales. She began working as a stocker for a national department store while in high school. For the next 20 years Hill worked her way up in the retail industry and eventually made it to a buyer/manager position. Through the years she increasingly became aware of how important customer service is and made it her mission to give her customers the best possible service.
