- First National Bank Alaska is an AHFC Approved Lender. The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation offers a wide array of loan programs: Conventional, FHA, VA, HUD 184, and RD.

- First National Bank Alaska is an approved partner of Cook Inlet Housing. CIHA provides secondary financing to assist with down payment and/or closing costs to eligible borrowers and has other programs to offer.
- FHA Loans are insured by the Federal Government under the Department of Housing Development (HUD). An FHA Home Loan can be attractive for some borrowers who are seeking a low down payment.
- A HUD 184 loan is guaranteed by the Federal Government for Alaska Natives and Native Americans. It offers a low down payment and is available throughout the state of Alaska.
