Vivien LaFevers takes her role seriously. “It’s my responsibility to make sure customers know all the ins and outs and get answers to every question,” she says. An enthusiastic problem-solver, Vivien prides herself in being an effective communicator and making sure her customers are well-informed and comfortable throughout the financing process and after the deal is closed.

“I feel privileged each time a customer chooses to work with me,” Vivien says.

Energetic and industrious, Vivien has the tools to get the deal closed efficiently. She even makes sure to lay out contingency plans “just in case” any difficulties arise during the process. She is a 20-year veteran of the banking industry and an active participant in local children’s charities and the Asian Cultural Group. She is also an avid runner and loves spending time with her family.
