First National named Best Bank to Work For in the U.S for second consecutive year

For the second year in a row, American Banker has named First National Bank Alaska one of the nation’s Best Banks to Work For.

The Best Banks to Work For award, initiated in 2013 by American Banker and Best Companies Group, identifies and honors banks across the U.S. for exceptional employee satisfaction.

“A critical factor in a bank’s success is how it treats its employees,” said Rob Blackwell, editor in chief of American Banker. “This year’s list honors those institutions which have gone above and beyond to invest in employees’ personal and professional growth.”
