Smith joins Best Place to Work in Alaska as Loan Officer

First National Bank Alaska’s Board of Directors named Kayla Smith Mortgage Loan Originator III and appointed her to Loan Officer. She will be based at the Johansen Branch in Fairbanks.

Smith began her mortgage-lending career almost six years ago and has quickly become a local expert in home loan and refinancing programs. She recently served as the Board Treasurer for Fairbanks Network Housing Services. In her new role, Smith will use her expertise to provide Alaskans with the best mortgage services to meet their unique needs. “There is nothing more satisfying than helping my fellow Alaskans achieve their housing goals,” Smith said. “My responsibility means more than just helping people find a home – it is about building a community.”
