Loan Officer, Anchorage
Stacy Tomuro prefers to know more about his customers than the size of the businesses they own and operate.
“In our state, everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed whether their dreams are big or small,” Tomuro said. “At First National, it’s about relationships. You’re always going to receive the knowledge and experience gained from doing business in Alaska for more than 90 years.”
Tomuro, a vice president and a corporate lending team leader at First National’s Dimond Branch, began working in the financial industry nearly 30 year ago. He joined First National in 2001.
Do you run an established or growing business or are you looking to invest in commercial or multi-family real estate? Are you a commercial or residential contractor, medical practitioner or health services provider? If so, Stacy is ready to bring his local knowledge and banking expertise to work for you.
“Our customers know I take great pride in helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives,” Tomuro said. “Through the years, it’s been quite the fascinating and satisfying experience to meet all the challenges of our state’s ever-evolving economy.”
Tomuro’s vast knowledge and experience helped lead Scan Home’s Carl Propes to Evergreen Business Capital and the Small Business Administration’s 504 Loan Program. The program helps business owners purchase real estate and equipment with fewer financial obstacles.
“Nothing’s better than when a number of like-minded companies work together and the end result is business growth and the strengthening of our communities,” Tomuro said. “I’m always focused on finding the best possible options for our customers.”
Tomuro first called Alaska home in 1977. He’s a West Anchorage High School graduate and he also earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Washington. Tomuro remains actively involved in his local community, and serving on the boards of the United Way of Anchorage, Food Bank of Alaska and Junior Achievement of Alaska.
“Alaska is my home,” Tomuro said. “Doing what’s best for Alaskans is what First National and I are all about.”
