Siri Hill

Siri Hill never imagined herself as a banker when, at nine years old, she came to the United States with her family from Thailand. In fact, growing up she wanted to be a party planner. Instead, Hills path led her into retail sales. She began working as a stocker for a national department store while in high school. For the next 20 years Hill worked her way up in the retail industry and eventually made it to a buyer/manager position. Through the years she increasingly became aware of how important customer service is and made it her mission to give her customers the best possible service. But after 20 years in sales, Hill was ready for a change. Surprisingly, she found that change in the banking world. After spending two years at another bank in a position that focused on the operations side of banking, Hill wanted to try her hand at lending. In 2005 she transferred to First National, where she went through the Management Associate program. Today she works as a loan officer in the Corporate Lending Division. Customer service in my position as a loan officer is just as important as it is in the retail world. I do my best to help my customers get the right loans for their needs because I know what I do directly affects their business and I take pride in their success, said Hill. When shes not working to find the right loan for her business customers, Hill enjoys spending time with family, cooking traditional Thai food and reading a good mystery novel.
