Relationship Manager, Anchorage
In his 30 years at First National, Loan Officer Jay Page has spent time in many areas of the bank, in many different regions, giving him the knowledge and experience needed to be an effective loan officer. Even after three decades as a banker, Page continues to find enjoyment in the new challenges each day brings.
“The best parts of my job are solving problems for customers and helping them improve their financial position in order for them to be more successful,” said Page.
Page attributes much of his success at finding banking solutions for his customers to the relationships he builds with them. By getting to know his customers and their business and maintaining good communication, he is better able to find solutions to meet their banking needs.
“I take a genuine interest in each one of my customers. Sometimes it makes sense to buy. Sometimes leasing is the best option. I ask a lot of questions that help the customer really think about the best way to proceed.”
It’s that solid relationship that gives Page the knowledge he needs to help customers like the Alaska Center for Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery find the banking solutions they need to continue to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of their patients.
Outside of work Page stays busy spending time with family, including his four children. He can also be found cheering on his favorite sports teams, including the Seattle Seahawks and Mariners.
