Fraudsters are calling and texting Alaskans trying to collect their user information. The scammers pretend to be an automated message asking customers to send their usernames and passwords to “verify” their login credentials. First National will NEVER text or call asking for personal information.
Never share sensitive information like your bank password, PIN, or a one-time login code with someone who calls or texts you. Banks may need to verify personal information if you call them, but never the other way around.
