General Eligibility
No purchase is necessary to participate in the prize drawing. One entry/prize per person. You must be at least 18 years of age by Saturday, October 18, 2025, to be eligible to win. First National Bank Alaska (“First National”) employees and Board members are not eligible to win.
Agreement to Promotion Rules
By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant (“you”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Promotion Rules. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of First National Bank Alaska as final and binding as it relates to the conduct of the Promotion.
How to Enter
All qualified written entries must be submitted directly to the First National booth at the AFN Convention to be eligible to win. Entry period is October 16, 2025, 8:00 a.m. through October 18, 2025, 3:00 p.m., Alaska Prevailing Time. Entries must include your name and email address.
Prizes and Odds of Winning
One winner will be randomly selected to receive an Apple iPad Air. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
Selection and Notification
Winners will be randomly selected by a First National employee at Corporate Headquarters on Friday, October 24, 2025, and notified via the entry phone or email address provided. Prizes may be picked up at a First National branch of choice or mailed via USPS standard delivery. If a selected winner does not respond after three (3) documented contact attempts by Friday, November 7, 2025, all rights to the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries. The alternate winner will have until Friday, November 21, 2025, to claim their prize. By submitting an entry to the promotion, winners consent to allow their name to be published and used in, but not limited to First National Bank Alaska social media, advertising publications, marketing materials, publicity, and promotions.
Additional Conditions and Release
By entering the Promotion, each Entrant agrees (a) to be bound by these Promotion Rules and to interpretation of these rules by First National: (b) to release and hold harmless First National and its advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, “Released Parties’) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such Entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Limitation of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (3) unauthorized human intervention in the any part of the entry process or the Promotion, (4) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. Drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes.
