Save on your monthly service fee when you receive your account statements electronically. With e-Statements, you'll receive an email notifying you that your e-Statement is ready. You can then login to online banking and browse, print or archive any of your e-Statements for the past 24 months at your convenience. Account statements accumulate from your enrollment in e-Statements until you have 24 months available.
e-Statements include our standard online image statement with five check images per sheet showing the fronts and backs of all checks processed during the statement period. These images are acceptable in court and by the IRS, all at no additional cost.
If you choose, you may receive printed paper statements for a monthly fee of $1.
Paper Statement with Check Images
If you choose to receive a printed paper statement, you may also wish to add standard or enhanced check images. Standard check images are reproductions of the fronts of your checks provided with your paper statement at a fee of $4 per month. Enhanced check images are reproductions of your checks with larger image sizes and/or including the backs of your checks provided with your paper statement at a fee of $6 per month.
Sole proprietors with a checking account and a First National Mastercard may apply for overdraft protection. If you write a check for more than the balance in your account, automatic cash advances (in multiples of $50) from the available line of credit on your Mastercard account will be deposited in your checking account. Regular cash advance fees and monthly interest charges may apply.
Alternatively, sole proprietors with a checking and savings account may apply for savings overdraft protection. With this service, if you write a check for more than the balance in your account, funds are automatically transferred from your savings account to cover the overdrawn amount and the transfer fee.
