Carolina Lima

Lima brings nearly 15 years of investment and financial experience to First National. As Investment Management Officer, she excels in developing investment strategies, trading, risk management and operations. With expertise in business analytics and finance, Lima leverages technology to drive efficiency and minimize risk. Her skills are further complemented by deep regulatory knowledge and proficiency in advanced analytics tools. Lima is recognized as a Rising Star by the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting, and as a Pacesetter by the Financial Women’s Association. She holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Business Analytics, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance from the University of Central Florida and a Certificate in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge. Lima serves on the boards of Girls on the Run Southcentral Alaska and the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group. She also volunteers with Junior Achievement, teaching students about business, personal finance and entrepreneurship.
