Known for her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, Marsh’s more than 35 years of banking experience started in 1982 as a teller at First National. Today, she oversees the bank’s centralized loan documentation, loan processing and loan servicing department, ensuring the bank’s consumer and commercial loans are completed in a timely manner from application to closing. Marsh and her team support all of First National’s lending activities, working towards a more consistent, streamlined and efficient customer experience for both internal and external customers.
