ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS:
Bids will be accepted or rejected in accordance with bidding terms as established by Alaska Premier Auctions & Appraisals. Notice of acceptance will be communicated to the highest bidder and they are formally invoices within an hour (in most cases) of the auction closing with attached payment instructions and then sent a link to schedule their pick-up time. A 20% buyer’s premium of the price is charged to the winning bidder.
The goods are being sold at public sale via written bid pursuant to a security agreement granting the Bank a security interest in the goods. They will be sold as is, where is, without any warranty whatsoever as to their quality, condition, description or title except that the public sale is rightful, and the Bank knows of no interest or encumbrance that is superior to its interest.
Inspections are recommended. The goods may be inspected by scheduled appointment with FNBA through Thursday August 20, 2026 or with Alaska Premier Auctions & Appraisals LLC from August 21, 2026 to August 27, 2026.
The goods may be redeemed by the debtor or other person having an interest in them by payment of the secured debt prior to the sale. If the goods are redeemed the sale will not be held.
