ANCHORAGE, AK – Forbes has recognized First National Bank Alaska as one of the top banks in the world, featuring the bank on its World’s Top Performing Banks 2026 list. The global media company evaluated 500 banks across six size categories. First National is the only bank from Alaska to make this prestigious ranking. Among 149 banks with $3 to $10 billion in total assets, First National ranked 74th based on profitability, growth and earnings quality, capital and funding resilience, and asset quality and efficiency.
“Our success comes from the dedicated efforts and high standards of excellence that our team of more than 600 employees upholds. Our strength lies in our long-standing relationships across the state and region, allowing First National to support customers wherever their banking needs take them.”
