My business currently has one person that both initiates and approves ACH and Wire transactions. Can we just keep doing that?

No. As part of First National’s commitment to meeting your digital banking needs, we are enhancing our online and mobile banking services in fall 2026. The new platform will require all ACH and wire customers to have a second user in the system to approve ACH and/or wire transactions. If you do not establish dual control before the upgrade, important functions such as payroll, invoice payments, and utility bill payments will be interrupted.
