We’ve added another layer of fraud protection to your First National debit card.
How does it work?
If our system detects suspicious activity on your card, you’ll receive a text message with details about the transaction. You have the option to approve the transaction as legitimate or reject it as potentially fraudulent.
If you reject the transaction, you’ll receive another message with a number to call for follow-up.
Debit cardholders are automatically enrolled. If we have your mobile phone number on file, you don’t have to do anything. If there is suspicious activity, we’ll send you a text right away.
What number does the text come from?
All texts will be sent from short code 37268.
Will I be asked to provide any other information?
If you receive a text, all you will be asked to respond with is “Yes” or “No.” We will NEVER ask you to provide your personal or account information via text message or unsolicited phone call.
First National does not charge for this service; however, message and data rates from your cellular provider may apply.
