With more than 25 years of experience in financial regulation and banking operations, Saldanha oversees First National’s Anchorage Branch Administration and Operations Support Department. Under his leadership, the department strives for exceptional service and operational risk management. Saldanha is dedicated to providing problem-solving resources and partnering with employees to achieve unparalleled customer satisfaction while meeting the unique banking needs of Alaskans. He serves on multiple boards and committees, including the Alaska World Affairs Council, CherYsh America Foundation and the Alaska Bar Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection Committee. Saldanha began his career as a law clerk with the Alaska Supreme Court in Anchorage. He holds a law degree and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University.
