Tess Mayo

Mayo brings more than 18 years of banking and operations experience to her role as Wealth Management & Trust Operations Manager. Since joining First National in 2006, she has advanced from a customer service representative to several pivotal operational roles, including operations assistant, supervisor and assistant cashier. In her current position, Mayo oversees Wealth Management and Trust operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal policies and regulatory mandates while supporting trust and investment initiatives. Her deep understanding of banking practices and customer needs helps her provide exceptional customer service and leadership to the Wealth Management and Trust team and its customers.
