Zac Hays

A lifelong Alaskan, Hays has dedicated more than 30 years to the banking industry. At First National, he leads a group of lenders in Anchorage, providing tailor-made financial solutions that drive the success of Alaska businesses. With a sharp focus on understanding the unique goals of Alaska enterprises, Hays strategically matches financial tools and services to meet his customers’ unique business needs. He serves as a board member and treasurer of the Alaska Bar Association Foundation and as a board member of the Bear Valley Community Association. Hays graduated from Portland State University and the prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School. He also holds an Executive Leadership Certification from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
