Can I make additional payments on my loan?
Yes, you may make additional payments to reduce your principal balance after you have satisfied the current amount due on your mortgage loan. If you would like to make additional payments during the month, and your loan is current, you may do so by visiting the Mortgage Loan Servicing Center.

Can I make partial payments on my home loan?
Partial payments are not accepted. A partial payment is a payment that fulfills only a portion of the total amount owed.

Use any of the following methods to make loan payments:
- Online: Visit the Mortgage Loan Servicing Center to establish secure online account access and make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
- Phone: Call 866-430-9683 to make a payment 24/7 or 877-629-6991 to speak with a Customer Service expert Mon. – Fri., 4:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sat., 4:30 a.m. – 9 a.m. AKST.
- In-Person: Visit your local First National branch to make a payment.

What is Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater (ABU)?
The Mastercard ABU service securely provides account changes (e.g. card number and expiration date updates) for your card to participating merchants that you’ve set up to receive recurring payments. At no cost to you, Mastercard’s ABU program helps reduce transaction declines that occur due to changed account numbers and expiration dates.

I have not received a statement to make a payment. How should I make a payment?
Billing statements are produced prior to the due date and may be sent either via mail or electronically. Please visit any one of our locations or call 907-777-4362 or 800-856-4362 for ways to make a payment.

How do I reset my personal account password?
- Visit FNBAlaska.com and select Personal Banking from the Account Login.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your username, the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and your email address.
- A temporary password will be emailed to you, which will expire 15 minutes after the password request. Please check your spam folder if you do not see this email.
- If you do not know your username, reach out to our local Contact Center team at 907-777-4362 or 800-856-4362. If you have exceeded the allowed number of attempts, you will not be able to use the forgot password link and will need to call our Contact Center to have your account unlocked.
Note: Username is case sensitive.

How do I access my trust account online?
For online trust account access, you first need to go through an online account request process. You will be required to provide the social security number and email address that was given to your administrator when your account was set up.

How do I log in to my personal online banking account for the first time?
- If you already have your first-time login code.
- Click here to proceed to the first-time login screens.
- Take a look at the Personal Online Banking Guide.
- If you don’t have a first-time login code.
- Call 907-777-4362 or 800-856-4362 and have your personal savings or checking, loan, or certificate of deposit account information handy. Tell our Contact Center representative you want to use Online Banking for the first time. You’ll soon have everything you need to get started.
- If you’re already using First National’s Telephone Banking.
- You can use your six-digit numerical password to log in to online banking for the first time.
- If you’re not a First National customer.

How do I turn on and off travel notifications?
Travel plans can be viewed, edited and deleted through the FNBApp. Users can set up to two travel plans per card, and travel plans cannot exceed 30 days in duration.
- Log on to the FNBApp and select Cards.
- Under Manage card, select Manage Travel Plans.
- Click “+” to Add Travel Plan.
- Enter the 6 test digit code, newer phones will auto detect the code and allow the FNBApp to read and enter the code.
- Click Submit.
- Enter up to 15 domestic or international destinations.
- Enter Date of Departure, Date of Return and click Submit.
