Business and personal banking customers will log in to one online banking platform.
Navigation and feature access will use modern menus, workflows and streamlined design.
Enhanced security uses multifactor authentication via text, phone or email or token.
Employees can now “log in as a customer” (viewing the account from the customer perspective), allowing them to provide better support.
Employee will have access to the admin portal to view customers’ online banking records.
Electronic statements and notices are accessible by all customers enrolled in online banking.
All analysis customers will see their analysis statements online.
ACH and wire customers can use hard or soft tokens.

What happens after I enter the incorrect information three time during the online banking enrollment process?
After three failed attempts to enroll in online banking the customer’s account will be locked and a bank employee will need to follow the bank process to unlock the customer.

What should I do before the digital banking conversation?
Before conversion, verify your contact information is up-to-date, confirm you know your Online Banking username and password and review all conversion communications to help ensure a smooth transition to the new digital banking platform.

Who can place stop payments in the new digital banking platform?
Business users with the appropriate account permissions can place stop payments directly in digital banking. Users no longer need a separate inquiry only role to perform this function.

Why can I only download transactions one account at a time?
With the new digital banking platform, transaction downloads must be completed one account at a time. Multi account downloads will not be available at launch but are planned as part of a future platform enhancement.

Why did my online banking username change?
The new digital banking platform requires every username to be unique. If your previous username was duplicated, a new unique username was assigned before conversion and communicated prior to go-live.

Why do I need to provide my Business Tax ID (EIN)?
Business customers must have a valid Tax ID (EIN) on file to access business digital banking. If your EIN is not on file before conversion, you will not be able to sign in until it has been provided.

Why isn’t my mobile app working after the upgrade?
The previous mobile banking app will no longer work after the conversion. Download the new First National Digital Banking app, sign in with your credentials and complete any prompted verification steps. After conversion, download the new Digital Banking app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once installed, sign in using your online banking credentials to access your accounts.

Will business customers still be signed up for online banking the same way or will we at the branch level be able to set them up like we do a consumer?
Customer’s who are not present can complete enrollment remotely through the Digital Banking enrollment process. The process is designed to securely verify the customer’s identify before access is granted.

Will businesses be able to do check orders as well as consumers?
Not a DBU function.

Business Administrator limits match business limits.
