The bank’s ONEpay service is getting a complete overhaul. As such we are removing the name ONEpay and will simply refer to the services by name, ACH and Wires.
Important information about the Digital Banking Upgrade
To ensure your payroll and other electronic payments stay on track during the Oct. 19 digital banking upgrade, please note the important actions below:
- Confirm you know your User ID, password and token serial number.
- Review user entitlements and limits as soon as possible after the Oct. 19 launch. Some entitlements will be different in the new digital banking platform for ACH.

After signing up for ACH and wires, when do I receive access to make payments?
ACH and Wire pages will appear in online and mobile banking after businesses receive training and the bank assigns users a token.

After the Digital Banking Upgrade will I still have access to make ACH and wire payments?
Yes, the ACH and wires system is built into online banking and is no longer a standalone system. Moving forward the bank will refer to this service by ACH and Wires instead of ONEpay.

Do I need to update my wire templates?
Yes, the first time you make a payment to any payee converted from ONEpay you will need to update the address information for that payee. Payees created in the new online banking system will be formatted correctly.

How will the digital banking upgrade impact my ACH and wire transaction history?
ACH and wire transaction history will not migrate. After conversion, you can view new payment information history in the ACH and wires history pages. If you’d like to save your payment history, log in to ONEpay and download your data (up to one year). For additional information, reach out to your Treasury Management representative.

Is there a fee to utilize ACH?
There is a fee for using ACH and Wire services. For additional fee information, reach out to your local branch or Treasury Management representative.

What security measures are in place when sending ACH and wire payments from online banking?
Security measures for ACH and wire customers include enhanced login verification with MFA or tokens and additional in session verification when sending payments. Customers can also implement dual control for enhanced fraud prevention.

Will ACH and wire customers sign in differently after the upgrade?
Yes, customers who use a token to login will now need to enter their User ID, password first, then they will be prompted to enter their token. If you do not remember your password, click Forgot Password in the account login box.

Will my ACH and wire templates transfer?
All state tax templates will not migrate. The tax templates for 11206, 72005, 9405, 94105 and 9455 will migrate from ONEpay. If you use another tax template, save it so you can transfer it to the new digital banking platform.

Will my limits change after the upgrade?
ACH limits are no longer separated by SEC and therefore will result in a higher combined daily limit. Businesses should review company limits and user limits as soon as possible after conversion.
