The bank’s ONEpay service is getting a complete overhaul. As such we are removing the name ONEpay and will simply refer to the services by name, ACH and Wires.

    You can initiate or approve ACH and wires in the mobile app.

  • Will I still have to have the OnePay product to send ACH’s or will that no longer be required for businesses to send ACH’s?

    The OnePay application is being sunset, however; you will still have to be enrolled in ACH and Wire services through Treasury Management.

  • Is there a fee to utilize ACH? And what security measures are in place for customers to put on wires from their online banking? For Business customers to update what powers admins have on their online banking, does that alter the resolution that is used in the bank?

    Business customers are charged a fee for using ACH and Wire services. Security measures for use of these payment services include verification by Token and dual control processing where one user enters the payment information and a secondary user must approve it. Changes to Business Admins does not directly impact a resolution as long as the business online banking documents are signed by someone with appropriate authority on the resolution.
