Biography

McDowell is more than a custodian of assets. As Trust Account Administrator, he facilitates an environment to help clients protect, manage and benefit succeeding generations. McDowell brings decades of investment management and estate planning to First National. He holds an MBA in international finance. McDowell served as a member of the Washington, D.C. Estate Planning Council and is a current member of the Anchorage Estate Planning Council.
