Alaskan Owned Bank Offers New Online Banking Features

First National Bank Alaska is the first Alaska bank to offer customers check images online. Other new e-services launched today by the states largest and strongest Alaskan-owned bank include electronic statements for personal account customers, stop pay and express transfer.

Check images online is a convenient service for our personal and business customers that no other
Alaska financial institution offers, said Vice President Cheri Gillian. Our research showed that customers, especially business customers, wanted the ability to view their cancelled checks online more than they wanted any other e-service. Customers who are enrolled in the banks Internet banking service, BankNow! Online or BankNow! Online for Business may now view the front and back of up to 10 checks and per month for no additional cost. Additional check views per month will cost 8-cents.

Other online features introduced today to First National customers banking online include electronic bank
statements, stop pay orders and express transfer. Details about these and other features, as well as information about signing up for online banking, are available at www.FNBAlaska.com.

First National Bank is celebrating its 80th year of helping Alaskans succeed. The bank employs more than 750 Alaskans, operates 27 branches in 16 Alaska communities and 18 ATMs in rural Alaska communities.
