Bank welcomes Walters as Human Resources Manager

Becky Walters was recently appointed Human Resources Manager by First National Bank Alaska's Board of Directors.

Walters' responsibilities include developing and managing effective training programs for employees and collecting and analyzing data designed to enhance employees' performance. She has worked in the banking industry for more than 30 years in a number of different roles. Walters ventured into Human Resources more than 20 years ago and was quickly hooked.

"I found my passion," Walters said. "Working in Human Resources offers unique opportunities, and I look forward to each one.
