Board appoints new officers

First National Bank Alaska Board of Directors recently appointed several employees officers.

Lifelong Anchorage resident Aaron Wilkinson was appointed loan officer. Wilkinson earned a bachelor?s degree in both Political Science and Economics from Western Washington University before joining First National as a management associate. In that position he learned job responsibilities in both the lending and operations sides of the bank. Wilkinson has volunteered for the Paint the Town project in Anchorage for the past two years. He will join First National?s Soldotna Branch at the end of August.

Mimi Cook was named operations supervisor at the Eagle River branch and appointed assistant cashier. She has 16 years of banking experience, 11 of those in Alaska. Cook is the Chugiak/Eagle River Chamber of Commerce treasurer and volunteers as a coach and team member of the Buckner Masters Swim Team on Fort Richardson.
