Board appoints new officers

First National Bank Alaska Board of Directors recently appointed several employees officers.
Josh Lowman was recently named the new Eastchester Branch Manager in Anchorage. Lowman brings 10 years of banking experience to his position, including four years as branch manager at another financial institution in Alaska. Lowman volunteers for various community organizations, including Alaska Junior Theatre, Junior Achievement and Abused Women's Aid in Crisis (AWAIC).


Lifelong Alaskan Cameron Poindexter was appointed loan officer. Poindexter earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Alaska Fairbanks before joining First National as a management associate. In that position, he learned job responsibilities in both the lending and operations sides of the bank. He volunteers with the Alaska FFA Association, Caring for the Kenai and the Alaska Envirothon. Poindexter will join the Homer Branch beginning May 17.


Meghan Clark was also appointed loan officer. Clark, who began her career at First National as a management associate, earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University of Rome. Before joining First National, Clark spent two years in the Peace Corp working in micro-finance. Clark is a lifelong resident of Anchorage.
