Board of Directors announces new officer appointments

First National Bank Alaska Board of Directors recently appointed and promoted several employees to officer positions.

Bethel Branch Manager Allen Hippler was recently named vice president. Hippler has 10 years of banking experience, seven of which have been in Bethel.


Two experienced bankers were appointed assistant vice presidents. Debbie Olson is an assistant vice president at Kodiak Branch, where she maintains her operations supervisor position. Olson has nearly 30 years of banking experience at Kodiak Branch. Chris Longacre, a lifelong Alaskan, was appointed assistant vice president and Loan Officer II in Wasilla. Longacre has five years of banking experience at First National.


Cash Management Services Specialist Jaime Vinette was recently named business development officer. Vinette has more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry.


Hank Wiedle was appointed assistant personnel officer in First Nationals Human Resources Department. Wiedle brings more than 26 years of human resource experience to his new title.
