Board of Directors appoints new senior vice president

First National Bank Alaskas Board of Directors promoted Richard Woodson to Information Technology Director and appointed him senior vice president. Woodson will oversee the information technology infrastructure of the bank.


Woodson holds a bachelors degree in Corporate Training and Development and a masters degree in Information Technology Management. He brings 18 years of experience in the information technology field in the U.S. Air Force to his position. Most recently he worked as special projects manager in the Electronic Data Processing Division of First National.


Woodson serves on the board of the Alaska Literacy Project. He is also a member of Anchorage East Rotary and the assistant varsity basketball coach for East High School.
