Dividend declared for fourth quarter 2016

At the Board of Directors meeting held October 27, 2016, First National Bank Alaska (OTCBB:FBAK) declared a cash dividend of $20.00 per share, payable on December 15, 2016, to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2016.
