Dividend declared for first quarter 2016

At the Board of Directors Meeting held January 28, 2016, First National Bank Alaska (OTCBB:FBAK) declared a cash dividend of $12.50 per share, payable on March 15, 2016, to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2016.
