Dividend declared for fourth quarter 2015

At the Board of Directors Meeting held October 29, 2015, First National Bank Alaska (OTCBB:FBAK) declared a cash dividend of $12.50 per share, payable on December 15, 2015, to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2015.
