First National Bank Alaska declares dividend for fourth quarter

At the Board of Directors Meeting held October 27, 2011, and pending approval by the Comptroller of Currency, First National Bank Alaska declared a cash dividend of $12.50 per share, payable on December 15, 2011 to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2011.
