Human Resources managers receive national certification

First National Bank Alaska Benefits and HRIS Manager Ellen Izer and Employment and Recruiting Manager Rose Pisciotta recently earned Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. To become certified, Izer and Pisciotta passed a comprehensive examination and demonstrated a strong background of professional human resources experience.
