Juneau officer appointed Homer Branch Manager

Vice President Erik Niebuhr, a Juneau Loan Officer, was recently appointed Branch Manager of First National Bank Alaskas Homer Branch.

Niebuhr was born and raised in North Pole, Alaska and has a bachelors in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

He has four years prior experience as a branch manager in Skagway and has gained extensive experience as a commercial loan officer while living and working in Juneau.

Niebuhr is currently a director of the Alaska State Home Builders Association, and was active with the Southeast Alaska Building Industry Association as a board member and treasurer. Niebuhr was also a member of the Juneau Glacier Valley Rotary Club.

I look forward to working with First National in Homer. The business community seems active with many exciting projects in process, Niebuhr said. My wife and I look forward to getting settled quickly and discovering what Homer is all about.
