Pie and Donation on Menu

First National Bank Alaska is saying thank you to its customers by inviting them to share a slice of pie and cup of coffee. The pre-Thanksgiving tradition at the bank will be offered at each of the 28 First National branches statewide Wednesday, Nov. 23. The treats will be served in the branch lobbies during regular bank hours.

In conjunction with the pie, First National is making a donationboth monetary and of piesto the Alaska Food Bank at 10:30 a.m. at the Dimond Branch (8725 Old Seward Highway, Anchorage).

Bank President D.H. Cuddys mother, Lucy Cuddy, started the Pie Day tradition years ago. Its one of the banks ways of saying thank you to its customers during the holiday season.

Cuddy has been at the helm of the bank for 54 years.

Established in 1922, First National is Alaskas largest locally owned and operated bank, with ATMs and 28 branches in 16 communities throughout Alaska.
