Dividend declared for second quarter 2015

At the Board of Directors Meeting held April 29, 2015, First National Bank Alaska (OTCBB:FBAK) declared a cash dividend of $12.50 per share, payable on June 15, 2015, to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2015.
