Sefton appointed Seward Branch Manager

A First National Bank Alaska veteran of more than 30 years, Karen Sefton was recently appointed Seward Branch Manager by the bank's Board of Directors.

Sefton has worked at the Seward Branch for a total of 31 years. She started as a teller and worked numerous other positions. As Branch Manager, she'll oversee day-to-day operations and be responsible for helping to meet customers' loan needs.

"It's been fun and rewarding to have been part of the history of the Seward Branch and the bank over all these years," Sefton said. "I look forward to working with our current customers and meeting the new ones coming our way."

The Seward Branch celebrated its 60th anniversary earlier this year and First National is commemorating its 90th anniversary in 2012.

Alaskan-owned and operated since 1922, First National proudly meets the financial needs of Alaskans with ATMs and 30 branches in 18 communities throughout the state.
