  • For eStatements, if I don’t have an email address on my profile, can I enroll in online banking let alone eStatements?

    You need a valid email address to enroll in digital banking and to receive statement notifications.

  • How will I access my e-Statements and Notices after the upgrade?

    E-Statements and Notices will be located under the Accounts > e-Statements and Notices.

  • If I am signing up for paper statements, will I be able to see the past statements after the new system rolls out?

    Yes, previously generated electronic statements remain available for the retention period, even if you later change to paper delivery. You will have access to the previous 24 months.

  • If I close an account can I still view the e-statement online?

    If a customer closes their account(s), they will lose access. If the account closes on their own (loan is paid off), there will be a 60-day grace period until the account is closed.

  • If I want to change my statement preferences to paper and unable to visit a branch, how can I change it?

    If you’re unable to visit a branch, you can request to switch from eStatements to paper statements by submitting a Secure Form through Digital Banking. Your request will be securely sent to the bank for processing.

  • Is the e-Statements and Notices system changing as part of the Digital Banking Upgrade?

    No. Core e-statement and notice functionality will remain largely unchanged as part of the Digital Banking Upgrade.

  • Is there an option to block viewing if I am not enrolled in e-statements?

    No – the visibility of statements is a standard setting within the new online banking platform and cannot be turned off.

  • What do I need to know about Statements. Are they viewable online regardless of delivery method?

    Statements are viewable online regardless of delivery method.

  • Will e-Statements and Notices be available in mobile banking?

    Yes. e-Statements and Notices will continue to be available through both online and mobile banking.

  • Will I have the ability to print multiple statements at one time or will I have to do it one at a time?

    Statements are opened and downloaded individually, bulk downloading is not available to retail customers.

  • Will I need to re-enroll in e-Statements?

    No, customers currently enrolled in e-Statements and Notices will remain enrolled.

  • Will I still be able to access historical statements and notices?

    Yes. You will continue to have access to historical statements and notices in online banking.

  • Will monthly statements prior to the upgrade be available on the new platform?

    Yes, you will have access to view historical statements within the online banking platform regardless of whether you are registered for electronic statement delivery.

  • Will the secondary account holder be able to sign up for e-Statement?

    Yes, provided the secondary owner is enrolled in digital banking and has appropriate ownership access rights.
